Hi My Name is Shanda. I am 23 years old. I don't have a lot of experience in some stuff but I graduated from High School in 2011 with a High School Diploma. I just love to help people and I am working my way to work in a hospital from an administrative assistant and would like to work my way up to become a NICU nurse that works with Premature Babies. That's why I am going to college for my Bachelors Degree in Health Administration. My daughter that is now 4 was 2 months Premature and ever since then I have always wanted to work with children and babies.

When working with a students, I like to set realistic goals and checkpoints for their progress, in order to reach the end goals that the students and/or parents have in mind. After retiring my school district hired me to attend workshops on writing skills, then had me work with several elementary schools' at-risk students to boost their basic report and story writing skills. During that time I worked with a cadre of five retired teachers who evaluated both written and math work for elementary aged students.
