Vocals is one of my top subjects! Lessons will center around developing a rich, flexible, and even vocal apparatus through the utilization of Western European classical singing techniques.

I am a passionate, optimistic, and empowering teacher (okay, maybe a little goofy too). I hope to rid students of self defeating thought processes and unproductive/unfounded personal critique. Students will learn to listen to music and themselves with sharp ears and an open mind, skills that will transfer over into their own professional work environment. My teaching style is custom made for each individual student. There are many ways for a student to wrap their mind around the more challenging and obscure facets of optimal singing, and it is my job to find the clearest path. I am a very caring teacher. I love to use humor and encouragement in the hopes that the students will feel inspired to continue and flourish in their writing, even after our time together is over. Although I have worked mostly in Film and Television since graduating from University, I returned to the University of LaVerne in Athens, Greece in 2004 to tutor foreign students in essay writing and to help hem with their entrance exams.
