I graduated from Jefferson High School in the spring of 2012. I now attend Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne. I have two younger siblings and 4 younger step-siblings that I have helped with their homework, or helped them better understand material assigned to them. Their ages range from 8-17. I know how to explain certain subjects in multiple ways to ensure that eventually the student will understand the material. I am very patient, and I understand that some people learn at slower rates than others. I am majoring in nursing, though I considered teaching English before making this decision. Reading comprehension is a tough skill that is used throughout English. As an English teacher, I understand several tactics and tricks that students can use in order to help with their reading comprehension so that they can succeed. Since graduating from Baptist Bible College in 2006, I have been teaching high school English in Indiana for six years now.
