A Little Bit About Me...

My one to one teaching style is tailored to adapt to the students learning style. However, my experience shows that keeping the student active during the learning process promotes a better learning. I use Microsoft Excel during my lessons. I create formulas, graphs, etc. and the Excel spreadsheet and ask the student to enter the data so that he/she can see how things change with different entries. This interactive process increased the student interest, kept them focused and helped them to hold the knowledge in many instances.

Hence I believe that teaching should be comprised of two complementary elements: knowledge of content and ability to transfer this knowledge to a group of people. Knowing the subject is not enough, one has to be able to develop excellent communication skills that will allow you to pass on your knowledge to a diverse group of people.
