15 years experience in a broad variety of subjects!

I have a way of perceiving the difficulty the student has, and am able to explain the material in a simple way that makes it easy for students to grasp. I have a good rapport with my student and have had several that have told me that I am the best teacher they have ever had(which didn't hurt my ego!!) I have worked part time as an adjunct instructor since the '70s, including 22 years with the Orlando Program of Florida Southern College, and 11 years with Valencia Community College. The later provided me with dozens of short courses in education. I also completed and retired from a civilian career with the US Army and Navy, starting as an intern, and reaching Senior Executive levels. Very recently I have been tutoring fifth grade and seventh grade students attending Lake Highland in Orlando. Also worked with math students working at Seminole State and Valencia.
