I think the best way to teach is to show students how they can break down problems and find answers to questions that may, at first glance, seem overwhelming. I have yet to meet someone who is incapable of grasping a subject, and I am able to stay calm and remain patient as students begin to expand their knowledge in areas that are new to them. While I am not able to learn things for a student, my job as a tutor is to provide them with the encouragement, support, and knowledge that I have so that they can obtain an understanding of their subject.

A Little Bit About Me...

I received my B.S. in biopsychology from the University of Michigan in 2004 and am currently pursuing my M.D. from New York Medical College. After completeing two years of medical school, I chose to take a one year leave of absence to publish my research which is being funded locally here in Detroit.
