My comments on tutoring Arabic : Arabic is my native language. I have a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I can teach kids the basics of Arabic language including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and punctuation.

I have a total of one academic year teaching experience at the kindergarten (KG) level. This was part of my practicum experience as an undergraduate student. Arabic is one of my top subjects! ***I am not a native speaker*** I worked from 2002-2011 as an Arabic linguist for the DOD and other governmental agencies. I was trained in MSA at the Defense language Institute in Monterey CA where I graduated with honors. I was then trained in both the Levant and Iraqi dialects. I was a teaching assistant and tutor at The Ohio state university from 2011-2014

I'm a visual learner, so my teaching style is the same, but I can adapt. I'm a big fan of the "See One, Do One, Teach One" approach. So in group settings I will teach a concept, give a quiz on the concept, and then have the students teach the concept back to the group.
After graduating High School early (Jan 2001) I did two semester at the University of Akron majoring in Political Science. After the events of 9/11 I enlisted in the US Navy (Jan 2002). I was trained at the prestigious Defense Language Institute (DLI) in Monterey CA, with follow up training in Texas. I then spent the next years working as an Arabic linguist and Intelligence Analyst at a Joint Service Operation. I specialized in Iraqi and Syrian Dialects.
