Experienced Instructor

My teaching style would best be described as finding the best methods to help students learn a subject and then using them. No two students are exactly alike so why teach them that way?
I have been employed by Toledo Public Schools since 1999. I have taught French, Math,Social Studies and Special Education Classes. Some of the classes I was a long term sub teacher where I taught for three or more months at a time. I have also taught on a daily basis English, Science,Health and a variety of other subjects. I am a very easy-going individual; I don't like to push too much but am encouraging. The way I think teaching Italian works best is to make associations with the English language. The two languages are so heavily intertwined, but not at face value. After learning Italian, my knowledge of English is much more profound.
