I enjoy working with students on a one-on-one tutoring basis. I begin the first session with listening to the student to discover what he/she feels is the greatest strength and weaknesses in the areas of academics. Using Benchmark and other assessments, I then select and utilize materials that will best meet the student’s individual needs. In many of my positions, I have been selected to conduct training within the organization on business specific tools plus sales skills For the last 5+ years I have mentored a young man through Big Brothers / Big Sisters.
