I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. I taught dance for my high school years to younger children and I believe that has taught me a lot about teaching styles. I understand that not everyone learns at the same rate or in the same way. Students all have different styles of learning just as teachers have their different styles of teaching. I like to tailor my curriculum to fit the particular student that I am working with. Each child learns differently and has different goals and motivations, as well as different strengths and weaknesses. Those who know me well say I have great patience. My teaching style consists of visual illustrations mixed with a lecture or teaching session.
