I believe instructors should be fair and knowledgeable in order to be effective educators. I believe allowing students to have some flexibility and leadership in their own learning makes a more enthusiastic and motivated student. I believe instruction should be purposeful, meaningful, and appropriate for what each student is required and capable of attaining.
