I've been a teacher's unofficial little helper since I was in Elementary, helping the students of my class that the teacher simply didn't have the extra time to help. From then on, I helped and even eventually taught my younger siblings when the current school system left them in the dust, and even helped them get a leg up and advance faster than their classmates. I've tutored a few younger kids in various subjects in my high school years, as well as occasionally teaching Taekwondo classes.
My teaching style is flexible, tailored to the specific needs of the student in question. Everybody learns differently and at different paces!

I have also taught scores of friends and relatives how to sail and water ski over the past three decades. I was a single parent to a son with cerebral palsy and "tutored" him through elementary, middle and high school as well as a community college. With his disability, my son required hands on help and patience and encouragement which I think I supplied with success.
