I taught an Introductory Geology lab for 2 years. I have been tutoring out side of that for the last year or so. I have tutored elementary students all the way up to college students. I believe patience is key when teaching difficult concepts. I also strive to present ideas from varied perspectives. For example, many mathematical constructions can be understood either geometrically, algebraically, or analytically. If a student has trouble with one type of explanation, presenting an alternative technique often leads to a deeper understanding of the material.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have been in the teaching field for 2 years now and I love it. Although I've taught during VBS and other church functions, I have been in the Gadsden County School District for 2 years. I enjoy teaching. It is my passion. I believe that all children can learn with the guided instruction, love, and attention. I have taught in the Elementary filed until the recent budget cuts.
