A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from Roane County High School in 2009 with high honors, and was one of the top 2 students selected to win the Scholarship for Academic Services award from Roane State Community College. I went to RSCC for 2 years where I got my Associate of Science degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude (high honors). While there, I also worked in the college library and assisted librarians and students with needs. After graduating from RSCC, I went on to go to University of Tennessee to get my Bachelor's in Sociology/Criminal Justice. I graduate in May 2015 with honors, and during my time at UT I have also been working at the College of Law Library, assisting librarians, law students, and lawyers. While completing my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at University of Idaho, I was often called upon to tutor people within the building where I lived during college. I also was employed by the University to grade papers and offer assistance to underclassmen in the Chemical Engineering department. From this experience, I have gained both the knowledge in math and science and the understanding of how to use different approaches with different people to deliver the lesson. I have tutored in English, math and science.
