I have been tutoring ever since elementary school. Since I was the only one that knew how to read, I had to assist in the others' learning of Phonetic sounds. I've also tutored fellow classmates in middle school, high school, and college. If I don't know how to approach a certain topic, I ask for the assistance of some of my former professors because they know I'm trying to help other students. I try to be really patient because I know some subjects aren't very logical to some students.

I have worked in the Education field for 9 years. I started off as a substitute teacher and later became a "permanent substitute" in 2002. In this same year, I also became a class monitor for Psycho-Edu with the Johnson Co. School System. These jobs both required me to help teach elementary students in every subject. My goal as a teacher is to help children appreciate learning and have fun while doing. I beleive that we all learn in different ways and a person should use a learning strategy that works best for them. I am available to help your child succeed academically.
