Was granted a copyist permit from the National Gallery of Art in D.C. many years ago. A 30+ year career in the field of Graphics and Design that included a directorship managing several graphics and reproduction departments. In working for the University of Kentucky I was responsible for varied assignments such as audio and video manipulation, web design, and teaching as well as digital illustrations and CD-ROM development. In my most recent job I designed marketing pieces, packaging labels, business cards, and checked art provided by customers to ready it for printing. I spent one year as a day to day substitute teacher working all over York County in various special education classrooms. My second year was spent as a long term substitute at an alternative high school for boys where I taught all subjects. My third year I started teaching Specialized Preschool and did this for many years until I retired last year. My students had many exceptionalities.
