As I have described earlier in my experience I have had many years contributing to the education of my siblings. Helping to make flash cards, and finding ways to cater to their learning types. My younger three siblings are very different, so their learning styles are no exception to this. So being able to not only understand what learning type they are, but taking that and finding new ways for them to learn is not only fulfilling but very enjoyable. I would take this same attitude with a child that is not a sibling as well.
