Then I moved to the San Fernando valley where I taught English at a private school and Special ed. students at Los Angeles Unified School District. After that, I taught for an independent study charter school and now I'm substitute teaching. I always find out what the student needs are and then plan instruction to meet them. I break down goals into smaller objectives and make sure that the student/s know what they are. I give a lot of feedback so that the students know how they are doing and how they can improve.
