My comments on tutoring Government : Current anthropology major how has experience studying societies including governments.

I have been a student for 17 years. I am currently an anthropology undergrad who hope to become a professor. I am usually the person everyone asks for help with Homework. So i thought tutoring would be a natural fit. I enjoy helping individuals proof read. I enjoy helping students learn and find it is very rewarding to see them grow academically. I just received a Bachelor's Degree in French and International Studies from Stonehill College in MA. I am willing to tutor any age and skill level, especially in French. A Little Bit About Me...

Currently, I am a systems engineering graduate student at Penn State University. I have earned a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from SUNY Oswego with minors in applied statistics and philosophy. My last position was as an academic mentor and tutor for AmeriCorps. I have one year of tutoring experience at Hannibal High School in Hannibal, New York. I tutored students in subjects including mathematics, science and history.
I try to relate to the children as best as I can and make the learning fun for them whenever possible. I am easy going, polite and helpful. My teaching style.... depends on the day, depends on the students, depends on the topic. One minute I can be dancing around the room and the next we're having a more serious discussion. My expectations are very high and I always push my students to do "just a bit better" than they think they can at that moment. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style depends on the student. Some students need more visual and audio while others depend on memorization. I like to modify my style that suits their needs as a learner. I beleive in comprehension skills, memorization and learning key concepts to help them link connections.
I am currently a substitute teacher and work everyday in one of four school districts in the Rochester area. I enjoy helping and tutoring kids.
