Although I have little formal experience with teaching teens, etc., I know that the greater need is to reach them in a way as to help them want to learn and gain knowledge. A Little Bit About Me...

When I graduated from Bradley University I was looking for ways to keep up with the accounting functions. One way that really helped me was tutoring. When I first graduated, I tutored for Bradley's Freshman students taking Financial Accounting. Currently I do training in auditing and financial procedures at my work. I work for a hotel management company and work with GM's that have no prior accounting experience.

i like to let the students think first. That is because I believe a problem is half way solved if you understand it. When I help solving the problem, I always want to make sure he/she understand it. I like understanding the fundamentals than knowing short cuts and remembering rules.
