I enjoy these students, our next generation. Their learning style is very different from the Old Corps (the older generation). This generation has grown up with the TV, PCs & PC games, cell phones, IPODS, MP3 players & TI83+ calculators. They are very "streetwise" and are truly "connected" to each other. However, their dedication to "individual" learning is very limited. They do not do well with subject worksheets, and their ability to "book it" (homework, memorization, basic studying) is also limited.
