My style is very visual with a lot of repetition and practice.
I have over 15 years experience in many areas of teaching from Adult Sign Language classes to Pre-kindergarten hearing. I have taught both hearing elementary students and deaf students of all ages. I have also taught overseas. I was a certified ASL interpreter until last year when my certification expired. I am currently teaching in an International program for students ages 13 to 22.

During the past four years of my undergraduate study, I have been given many opportunities to work and explore outside of my degree in piano performance. Outside of the classroom, I have had the opportunity to counsel children with special needs during summer programs and a winter ski program. I have many college credits towards my BA degree from Southern Connecticut state university and middlesex community college.
