My comments on tutoring Reading Comprehension : Reading Comprehension allows the reader to become aware and to understand what they're reading allowing them to draw conclusions and to understand what they just read.

My first job right after turning 16 was working as a photographer and journalist for the local newspaper in my hometown. My main job was working with the teen section; GeneratioNext asking questions, taking polls, and writing articles that were teen related to teen issues, college and continuing education, and career goals. Throughout my junior high school and high school years I worked closely with the editor of the school newspaper as a writer, and with the yearbook committee taking classes in journalism and photography. When I started pursuing my associates while enrolled at San Antonio College I took photography classes more for recreation and to hone my hobby and appreciation for photos, editing, and working behind the camera. Taught to every age! I was in Europe for 9 years and opened my own American English School. Taught every level from pre-school to Engineers. Also translated and wrote policies and procedures for the European Union REACH program. Taught 3d and 4th grade in Germany. One example: taught English to German elemantary students using the game of baseball to learn new words. My oldest student was 79 years young! The youngest was 4.
Motivation is first. Find out what students skills are and add what they like to encourage learning. Games are always good to encourage all ages to learn. Repetition! Once their grades improve their self confidence will too. Lots of heart and patience!

College Graduate from BYU-Hawaii University Major:ART Minor:Psychology Applying To Texas State for the Spring of 2012 in their School Psychology Department I work at John Newcombe Tennis Ranch as a Tennis Instructor for the Academy At John Newcombe Tennis Ranch I teach tennis as well as create weekend activities with the kids and help them with there school work.
I am Dyslexic and approach subjects from a different angle. I use a lot of visual techniques to help the understanding of the objective at hand. I try and figure out what works best for the student.
