My comments on tutoring German : With a certificate of academic German proficiency and five years of residency in Germany, I am proficient in reading, writing, and speaking German. I am highly familiar with the culture and have provided successful German instruction to immigrants while I was living in Germany. I have also tutored Americans who have relocated to Germany due to employment.

My teaching style depends on your learning style, but basically I believe in individualized instruction, offering guidance and lots of real-world examples, teaching students skills that will help them become autonomous or self-reliant and confident. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a B.S. degree in Meteorology from SUNY College at Oneonta which required a great deal of mathematics, especially in calculus. I have taken calculus I, II, III, ordinary differential equations, general physics I & II, general chemistry I & II, and number theory. Other courses taken that involved mathematics were: physical meteorology, atmospheric dynamics I & II, weather analysis and forecasting I & II, micrometeorology, and remote sensing of the atmosphere.
