The decision was based on the observation that a majority of teachers are over worked and don't have the time to provide the individual attention some students require. I performed my student teaching at a small school called Central Heights. I taught Physical Education- grades K-8, Physical Education-Freshman Boys, and 3rd Grade-all subjects. My style involves encouraging the effort and achievement and discouraging ornery and apathetic attitudes. With every subject I feel that a student has a specific way of approaching it, especially with science. Some students are visual learners. Some students need verbal instruction. Some students need to create in order to really grasp the concepts.
