Pre-Algebra is one of my top subjects!

I am interested in going back to the basics in the teaching of mathematics due to the fact that during my years of working with students I have discovered that the majority of them abhor math because some do not know the times table verbatim which is one of the basics that will obstruct the learning and correct mechanics of solving mathematical problems. Both of my parents were teachers so education is very important to me.
