I have a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Northeastern State Univeristy. I was a para professional for 5 years and worked with special education classrooms, then I taught for 5 years. I taught Pre-K and 2nd Grade, and I loved it. I believe all children can learn. What I have learned is that tapping into an aspect of the child's interest and using that to build the foundation for their learning is the best way to teach. Since the age of six I have studied classical piano, recently finishing my piano studies at the bachelors degree level.
