My name is Kary Heath. I graduated valedictorian from Luther High School in the spring of 2014. I am in my second semester at the University of Oklahoma and currently have 38 hours of college credit. I am currently maintaining a 4.0. I am an education major. I chose to pursue education because a large portion of my immediate family is teachers, including my parents and several of my aunts, uncles and grandparents. I've never tutored for money, but I usually help my friends out with homework, school work, ect. I just need the money, so I figured why not tutor? It seems fun. So, I got on here, and viola! Here I am! So. yeah. Not much paid experience, but I'm willing to negotiate on prices!!! I will have the occasional weird times when I will not be available ,thanks to JROTC, but most of the time I'll get out of school at 2:15-ish. I just do what works for the students. I find it easier to teach shyer kids, because that's how I was, but, I'm always up for a challenge!! Also, elementary kids are easier, but again, always up for a challenge! Throw out my high school year I was in a program called “Learn and Serve”. This program consisted of going to the closest elementary school for an hour a day and be a teachers aid.
