I get to know the children first then get them involved in the assingment with eagerness and excitement. Then the children are to go and show off their knowledge. That way they will know it much better than before. The knowlege is input into the student's brain, and then I have them output the knowledge; therefore it is being repeated, and instilled more and more into their brain everytime. I love to see children eager to learn, and even better try. I push the students who are struggling so that they will not get stepped on. As part of a voluntary program to help educate my local community in Grand Cayman, I taught High School level Accounting and Principles of Business for 4 years between 2006 and 2010.
