Learning is a process to enjoy not to suffer!

I have created a special but easy method to learn and teach Chinese and Japanese speaking languages. I have two years experience in teaching students in Tokyo, and proven to be very effective and efficient. I helped to student to master the complicated Chinese tone in just one lesson of 45 minutes. I helped to student to master the Japanese pronunciation system in two lessons. Language learning should not be a hard process, just image not matter who he/she is, he/she can speak his/her mother language well. I have been either a student or a teacher for most of my life. I have experience in a wide variety of settings with a wide variety of students. I started my teaching career in the primary grades, teaching first and second graders. I have experience working with adult students in a correctional setting and at the college level. I'm currently a teacher in and adult education program, working with ABE, ESL and GED students.
I think it is extremely important to understand different learning AND teaching styles. A teacher cannot present material in the same way every day. Some students can learn listening to a lecture. Some may prefer reading material. And yet others need more of a hands-on approach.

My style tends to be laid back so that students are comfortable expressing their likes and dislikes with me, curbing their fear of not understanding something.
