As a classroom teacher, I enjoy engaging students in the learning process. Private tutoring offers a customized approach to your child's education. My methodology is both fun and effective, and I develop lessons specifically for your child's individual needs. I aim to provide my students with the confidence and intellectual fortitude necessary for them to be successful in all that they do. I am a 6th grade teacher at a public school in NJ. I have over 20 years of teaching experience in all elementary and middle school subjects. I offer tutoring in grades 3 - 8 for both remediation and enrichment. I'm also experienced with preparing adults for the teaching certification and nursing school exams. Tutoring sessions are held at my local public library or on Zoom (your preference). I am available after school hours as well as on the weekends, and during school breaks.
