After graduating from St Joseph High School in Santa Maria I attended Hancock College with an Early Childhood Degree Major. I have 48 units from Hancock with 13 units of ECS.I was teaching as a preschool teacher for a private preschool while being a student. Years later I became a Classified Substitute/Temporary Educational Assistant for the Medford,Oregon School District for 6 yrs. I have taught and tutored hundreds of children while substitute teaching. I have found that my style is one which tries to involve the student in the learning process as much as possible.
