I love teaching and working with all students. My teaching style is based on the student's learning style and interests. I use visual, tactile and auditory instructional methods when presenting information and/or teaching skills and concepts. As we know students' learning differ in readiness for content, interests and how he/she learns,therefore it is my job to identify his/her needs. I believe all children are life long learners. I have always had a passion for working with and teaching children. I tend to have a facilitator teaching style by focusing on student-centered learning and activities. I am aware of all different learning styles and gladly accommodate them when working with different children. I'm a firm believer that all children are different, yet, all are capable of learning. It is the responsibility of the teacher/tutor to identify the specific learning style of the students they are responsible for. Once this has been established, there should be a lot of motivation from both, teacher/tutor and the student. I practice one-on-one and hands-on strategies with students so that they may feel at ease, and to relax as they learn, and then I gradually allow them to become more engaged on their own.
