My one to one teaching style is tailored to adapt to the students learning style. However, my experience shows that keeping the student active during the learning process promotes a better learning. I use Microsoft Excel during my lessons. I create formulas, graphs, etc. and the Excel spreadsheet and ask the student to enter the data so that he/she can see how things change with different entries. I am Paine College graduate. I earned a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2006. While at Paine College I took variety of science classes including organic chemistry, atmospheric science, and cell biology. Since graduating, I have spent two years as a high school math teacher.
