French is one of my top subjects! I am a Texas certified French teacher with over ten years of teaching experience. I began my study of French in the sixth grade and fell in love with the language! Because I learned French as a second language in a classroom, I am better able to help those in the same situation. I am aware of and able to overcome the stumbling blocks that make it difficult to learn French outside of a country where it is spoken.

I have over ten years of French teaching experience in public and private schools as a certified teacher in Colorado as well as in Texas. The levels I have instructed include French I through V AP. During this time, I helped to choose and fine-tune the curriculum for the entire French program. As the sponsor of the French Club at two Cy-Fair high schools, I organized cultural celebrations which included fundraisers and field trips. I have also taught students privately and in small groups. My Francophone travel background consists of two extended stays in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
I tailor my teaching to individual student needs.
