My comments on tutoring Government : I took extra courses in government in high school and college. I also tutored other students in American Government in college.

I have tutored in both Robeson County and Cumberland County for a total of six years. I tutored students in math, reading and science from grades Kindergarten to sixth grade. We also prepared students in grades three through six for the End of the Year test. We taught test taking strategies as well. In addition, I have tutored students that attend college in American Government and World History. I also, tutored in GA for three years. There I tutored various age groups in writing, reading, math, test strategies, and Microsoft Office. Lastly, I currently tutor students of various ages in math, reading, science, social studies, and writing.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent graduate of Lock Haven University, I have obtained dual bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. Throughout the course of my college career, I have completed several accounting related projects including auditing cases, creating financial statements, etc. I have helped several students with accounting classes over the past four years, completed an accounting internship and am very educated in the subject.
I come from a teaching family, and continue to learn from teachers myself. I feel that because I am still eager to continue to learn new things, I can appreciate a good teacher. My teaching style depends completely upon the level of the student. I will tailor each session to the student's needs. I am a believer in mastering the basics before moving on to the advanced. I also divide (and encourage the student to divide) materials into more manageable steps, making schoolwork much less overwhelming.
