I moved to North Carolina shortly after graduating in August 2007. I was a teacher Assistant in a Kindergarten classroom. I helped the teacher create lesson plans, I helped children is small groups and one on one. I also served as a team teacher since I had my teaching degree. I also taught whenever needed. I firmly believe that every child is capable of learning hard concepts, they just have to be taught in a way that is applicable to them. So I first like to get to know the student and try to figure out their learning style and teach them according to how they learn. This helps me figure out where the root of the problem is so I can fix it. I love working with children. Every child has their way of learning, and it just takes patience to find out how they process information.
