My comments on tutoring Advertising : Taught Graphic Design I and II at a High School in Las Vegas, Nevada for three years. Students of mine attended Skills USA competition for Advertising and Design and placed 1st and 3rd.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree. Before moving to the Memphis area I lived in Las Vegas, Nevada where I worked for the Clark County School District. I have 15 years total Graphic Design Experience. Three of the years I taught at the High School level. I taught Graphic Communications, Graphic Design I, and Graphic Design II. I am a strong believer in teaching a student how to learn. By that I mean, students not only need to know a specific subject matter but also how to aquire and use knowledge. My first formal experience was as an undergraduate Reading and Development coach for recent high school graduates entering junior college.
