A Little Bit About Me...

I have just received my BA in E-Business management with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am beginning my Masters in Criminal Justice in March and will continue to a Dr. in the same field when possible. I do not have professional experience teaching however I have experience tutoring my niece who I have been responsible for since she was 5. She is now 12 and a straight A student. I tutored throughout school and was a teachers aid in Elementary school. I have 2 young boys of my own who will beginning school next year. I have tutored in writing, K-5 math, science and history. I enjoy working with students on a one-to-one or small group basis. This is currently how I teach in the classroom. I have approximately 4-5 students in a harp class and privately I teach one-to-one. I enjoy getting to know students and find out what makes them tick. I especially enjoying working with elementary and middle school students.
I have 15 years experience as a private music teacher. I have taught flute, harp and piano to students from age 5 to adult. I have been a classroom teacher for 5 years.
