My Passion is to help others achieve their learning goals

In my experience I have found that it is always better to not only provide the didactic, but with it there must also be an ability for the student to relate personally. As it relates to methods of instruction, I have always utilized the three step method of: 1) See one, 2) Do one, and 3) Teach one. This is also akin to crawl, walk, and run method. There must always be a teacher student means of communication that is functional and effective.

I use communicative student learning approach to enable students learn and improve their proficiency in the targetted language.
I have an extended experience in teaching English as a Second Language. I have taught all the language skills courses at the undergraduate university level. I have taught many core subjects as well. I have been teaching for more than 10 years. My experience encompass teaching students from diverse ethnic, economic, and cultural backgrounds. I believe that all students can learn. One must know their learning preferences that would help them learn better. I use pair and group learning as well, because sometimes students can learn by debating amongst each other. I am always open to questions and give time for whoever want more time to learn.
