I enjoy teaching and the think that every child has the ability to learn anything they want. Through my personal experience, I realize that some people have a harder time learning particular subjects than others. Being someone who has been tutored earlier in grade school, I know what kind of dedication it takes and how great the moment of success can be. I teach using a lot of paper and using many examples. I find it easier to teach students by relating difficult concepts with something they might already be familiar with. I feel most comfortable teaching the subjects of science, math, and grammar.

I am driven by knowledge, the more knowledge I have the more I can relate to people from all walks of life. I have always been fascinated most by science and psychology. I studied biology, chemistry and psychology in college and earned a bachelors degree in Psychology. Through this I have acquired grammatical skills on how to write research papers and lab reports. As a University of Alabama graduate, I was very driven to achieve a high level of excellence in Biological sciences and math. I hold a degree in Environmental science, which enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science such as chemistry, biology, geology, and geography. I graduated from Stillman College with a BS in Biology. In addition, I was a Howard Hughes Medical Research Intern where I gained hands-on experience in a research laboratory that focused on Cardiovascular diseases. After graduating from college, I started my career in Education by teaching science courses at Green County High School. I love helping others learn about science.
