A Little Bit About Me...

I have an interest in working with others and helping them to develop their skills. I first began tutoring privately and through extra-curricular organizations. After graduating university, I began teaching. I have taught English for SAT and other college placement exams. I have also tutored elementary and high school students in several subjects, including reading, essay writing, history and social studies. I have also taught French and Spanish. I have been teaching and tutoring students for over 10 years. I teach students up to grade 12. I have been working in Canada as a tutor and worked with dyslexic students as well. I taught math and excelled myself with a high gpa up to grade 12.
I always try to ask the student what they think they are weak in. Always try to change the teaching method so that the student does not fall in a routine every session. They sometimes decide on doing, for example, in math, inventing their own equation and participating in their own learning.

I have always had a heart to help others become the best that they can be. Since my earliest childhood memories, I have been fascinated and intrigued by languages and cultures. Following my passion, I chose my majors in high-school to be English and French, engaging as much as possible in their cultures (e.g. exchange programs, penfriends, courses abroad). During those years, I simultaneously attended a music college for classical flute and made my first teaching experiences in teaching flute, as well as tutoring high school students in French, English and Latin.
