I believe that the basics (technique) is very important. It is the foundation for all forms of dance.
I have been dancing since the age of three. I received my early training from LaGrange School of Ballet in LaGrange, GA. I have training and teaching experience in classical ballet, jazz, modern dance, hip-hop, praise dance, and lyrical. I received a B.A. in Dance Performance from the University of Alabama in 2004. Past performances include The Nutcracker, Coppelia, Cinderella, Hairspray, and Chicago to name a few. I am the past resident choreographer/senior instructor for Ballet on Wheels in Memphis, TN.

A Little Bit About Me...

I was a 7th Grade Life Science and Social Studies teacher for 4 years in both Georgia and South Carolina. I also tutored several students after school and over the summers to increase their understanding of the subjects and their grades. I was also the Science Fair Chairperson/Coordinator for my middle school.
