I have a very methodical teaching style. I will typically teach sections by working a problem as I explain it to the student then deriving a step-by-step process for the student to apply. I have completed each of the classes listed as expert with an 'A' at Itawamba Community College. I currently tutor at the ICC Success Center and ICC Writing Center for English. I am also in my last semester before acquiring an Associate's and continuing to the University of Mississippi to pursue a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering.

I graduated from high school in 2011 with special honors and as co-valedictorian. I am now attending the University of Mississippi where I am majoring in accountancy and minoring in business. I love teaching because of the feeling of helping someone who is truly struggling in class! I believe that everyone can learn, but some teachers styles don't match up with the students learning style. I am a very patient and considerate person. I am a firm believer that many students can't learn strictly through theory and need to be walked through example problems.
