As an active member of my community, in the form of pageantry, volunteering, and leadership, I have always enjoyed instructing others. Currently, I love my job at Midwest Generation as an Instructional Designer of Training. I get to train Engineers and Office Managers on subjects I knew little about, and have grown in responsibility and development. I love kids, since my summer camp instruction job I held all throughout High School as well as an active instructor at my church. I just graduated from Illinois State University about a year ago, and am recently educated and knowledgeable in all subjects, especially English, Social Studies, and Math. I have been a dance instructor for almost 7 years, and I have worked with children of all ages, temperaments and learning styles. I also strongly believe that every student should be given a chance for a wonderful education and not left behind simply because they are not understanding as quickly as their fellow students might be.
