As an educator, I have been given the opportunity to teach in various venues and modalities. Through these opportunities I have taught adults, children and teenagers using many techniques and styles. As a graduate, I've been very blessed to have received a degree in Business Communication. In college I learned how to become a better educator, and communicate with them on the highest level. Although, I tutor in all of the academic areas, I also enjoy helping my student appreciate the art of becoming a good writer, and thinkers. My students are also encouraged to read for relaxation, and entertainment. Making the education process fun is also an asset. The extensive course work, I received in college has enabled me to teach others to become academically proficient.

A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with students of all ages. As a teacher, there is nothing greater than to see my students succeed. I am more results-oriented and I encourage students to work persistently until they have accomplished their goals. I am friendly, patient, and easy going. Although I push my students to work hard, I also like to have fun and make the learning experience enjoyable as well.
I have a very diverse background and I have many years of experience teaching in different subjects. I was an English teacher for one year in Korea, teaching children at a public school. I have taught fine art at a private school in Salinas. I have also been teaching martial arts and self-defense for over 10 years. I have worked with children as young as 4, to adults in their senior years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State and I graduated with honors.
