Latin is one of my top subjects! I took three years of Latin in high school, and I am currently in my third semester in college.

I try to use various activities and techniques when teaching to keep students interested. This also helps them (and me) to determine the way(s) that they learn best. I also like to ask the students first what they think the answer is or how a problem should be approached before feeding them a solution. I encourage questioning and discussions at every turn. Overall, I want to create a friendly yet effective environment for optimal teaching and learning.
I am a second year student at the Universtiy of Georgia. I also taught an entry-level French "drill" class for four years throughout my undergraduate experience. For three years after my graduation from college, I worked with at-risk youth as a wilderness instructor, and also a behavior modification specialist.
