Throughout my college years, I was involved in coaching high school aged students in baseball as well as younger kids in a baseball camp. During my last year of college, I helped with a after school tutoring program that included students up to the sixth grade. All subjects were covered and tutoring was done in one-on-one as well as small group settings. From the moment I began French in high school, it became a passion for me. I took 4 years of courses in 3 years' time, and tested into 4th semester level (highest possible) French upon entering college. I knew all along I wanted to be a teacher, thus becoming a French teacher was perfect logic.
