As a soon to be graduate of the Counseling program, I hold education to the highest level. I have also earned a bachelors degree in psychology, which has given me an important background in my study of counseling. I have a love of learning and especially learning about people. This love lead me to earn a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Sociology, which has enabled me to gain an understanding of students' persepectives. Although I have extensive experience in grammatical skills through writing research papers and essays, my skills in reading comprehension are my strength. I work with assessments both summative and formative on a daily basis.
I find it important to ensure that the student understands one concept before moving on to mastering a second concept.
