As a Mississippi State University graduate, I was very much driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education. I have earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering, which has enabled me to become proficient in many areas of math and science. I have a love of learning and especially learning about people. I enjoy being able to work with children and being able to positively impact their lives whether that be through empowering them to succeed or teaching new skills. Throughout my graduate studies I worked as a substitute teacher from grades pre-k-12; however I especially enjoyed working with younger children as it allows for more creativity and thinking outside of the box.
